make*do*mend: Handmade Home, Pillows - Saturday, April 4th — 3 to 6 p.m.
Fresh pillows are one of the easiest ways to spruce up your home! This three-hour class will focus on the basics of sewing two pillows: one with a placket zipper finish and the other with an envelope style closure.
Experience Level: Advanced Beginner (you've either taken our This is a Sewing Machine class and our Totes class and/or have completed a project or several on your own and feel pretty comfortable on a sewing machine)
- TWO pillow forms (the stuffing part)- that can be either 16" x 16" or 18" x 18" in size.
For zipper finish pillow (based on 16"/18" pillow forms)
- one 12 or 14” zipper (no metal or invisible zippers please)
- coordinating half yard of home decor or midweight cotton fabric
For envelope pillow (based on 16"/18" pillow forms)
- one 3/4 yard or yard of coordinating home decor or midweight cotton fabric.

All classes at Drygoods Design require prepayment and registration. In some cases, day-of sign up is available. Classes are non-refundable and held to a strict cancellation policy; please be sure of your schedule prior to registration. Cancellations received 72 hours before the day of class, will be able to redistribute their class fees to another class. Cancellations received less than 72 hours before the day of class or no-shows will forfeit their class fees. We are unable to guarantee the same class or session will be available for rescheduling. Arriving more than 15 minutes late for class without notice may be a forfeit of fees.
