make*do*mend: Handmade Home, Poufs and Floor Cushions, Saturday, March 21st 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Talk about gratifying! Floor cushions/poufs can make a living space even more livable and are a great way to get into home decor. You’ll learn how to make three-dimensional projects come to life while still sewing straight seams. You can choose from two different versions - a cube or an octagon (we base it off a great project from Better Homes & Garden). The octagon is typically the fan-favorite for its shape and finished look.
Experience Level: Beginner/Advanced Beginner (For true enjoyment, completion of an intro class or other recommended)
- Approximately 2 yards of 54” home decor or canvas weight fabric OR 2.5 of 45”-wide fabric

- An additional two to five pounds of fiber-fill
- Be sure to bring additional items for stuffing, it takes a bit more than you can reasonably imagine:).
