make*do*mend: Learn to Sew Apparel Trilogy - Winter/Spring ‘19
Want to learn how to make your own clothes in a progressive way that gets you started in a simple manner and move into sewing knits? Our trilogy might be the perfect for you!
Here's how it works: Sign up for the trilogy and either enter your preferred dates in the cart notes or wait for an email from us shortly after you register where we'll work with you to get the available dates. Signing up for this means that you won't purchase the classes individually. We will sign you up manually after you register.
- For your first class: Dress No. 2, Willow Tank /Dress or Woven Tees Class
- Your second class is the Fen Dress class
- Your third class is a choice between our Tees class or the Sweatshirts class to dive into knits!
- Also includes Pattern 101 which you can take before your first class, setting you up for easier times in the classes afterward.
- Please note, classes that are included in the trilogy may change from season to season.
Experience Level: You're an advanced beginner with at least a few classes or projects in general sewing under your belt. If you have any questions about whether you're ready for this, please let us know and we'll help you make an informed decision regarding your readiness for optimal enjoyment. All three classes need to be chosen, registered for, and taken by May 2019.
Materials needed: Please see the individual class listings for your material and supply lists. Most all supplies and materials are available at Drygoods for purchase. We always supply the machines and the tools.
*all class registrants receive 20% off class supplies purchased at Drygoods Design.
How does registration work? You purchase the trilogy and when we send you your official registration we will ask you which sessions for each class you'd like to attend. Feel free to take a look at our calendar too. Our trilogy students are given first priority and notification when we are adding new classes as well.
CLASS POLICY: All classes at Drygoods Design require prepayment and registration. In some cases, day-of sign up is available. Classes and trilogy purchases are non-refundable and held to a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations received 72 hours before the day of class, will be able to redistribute their class fees to another class (this is for each class in the trilogy). Cancellations received less than 72 hours before the day of class or no-shows will forfeit their class fees. We are unable to guarantee the same class or session will be available for rescheduling. Arriving more than 15 minutes late for class without notice may is a forfeit of fees.
***By submitting your order you agree to the above terms and conditions of classes at Drygoods Design.
*Please note that classes are subject to change or cancellation based on low attendance.
